The NSF is a winner for a technology innovation it demonstrated recently.  Deputy Chief Financial Officer at NSF Michael Wetklow explains the story behind FORCE. He also previewed some blockchain work the agency is doing, and some workforce efforts from the Chief Financial Officers Council.
